New River Storage $100 Gift Card Drawing: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The drawing is sponsored by New River Storage LLC ("Sponsor"), P.O. Box 2725, Surf City, NC 28445. This drawing covers New River Storage locations at 1126 Kellum Loop Rd. and 121 Broadhurst Rd., Jacksonville, NC, and 183 Nine Foot Rd. and 8159 US Hwy 70, Newport, NC only.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Owners, managers, and employees of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

3. Drawing periods

There are two drawing periods each year: January 1 through June 30, and July 1 through December 31. The first period begins October 28, 2026 and ends June 30, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Each entry counts only for the period in which it is received.

4. How to enter

Online: Rate your experience on the New River Storage feedback page at newriverstorage.com/feedback, using the link you received from us or by visiting the page directly. Submitting a star rating is one entry.

By mail: Hand-print your name, phone number, email address (optional), and the words "New River Storage Drawing" on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to New River Storage LLC, P.O. Box 2725, Surf City, NC 28445. Mailed entries must be postmarked by the last day of the drawing period and received within 7 days after it.

Limit one entry per person per drawing period, regardless of method. Additional entries will be disregarded.

Your rating does not matter. Every eligible entry has the same chance of winning whether the rating is positive or negative, and whether or not you leave a public review anywhere. Leaving a review on Google or any other site is never required and does not count as an entry.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per drawing period receives one (1) $100 Amazon.com eGift Card (approximate retail value $100). No cash alternative or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prize is subject to the gift card issuer's terms and conditions.

6. Winner selection and notification

A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the period, within 7 days after the period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone or text message using the contact information on file or provided with the entry. If a selected online entry cannot be matched to a name and phone number, or a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 14 days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn. The prize will be delivered electronically within 14 days after the winner is confirmed.

7. General conditions

Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize. By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud or technical problems compromise its fairness. Entries that are fraudulent or generated by automated means are void.

8. Privacy

Information collected with entries is used to run the drawing and to improve our service. It will not be sold.

9. Winner's name

For the first name and last initial of a winner, send a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to New River Storage LLC, P.O. Box 2725, Surf City, NC 28445, within 60 days after the end of the drawing period.
